Fathers Day Giveaway

Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   This giveaway is run by yes merino (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
   The giveaway is open worldwide, 18 years or over. Prizes will only be sent to delivery addresses in the United Kingdom. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Period
   Entries open at 10:00am BST on 22 May 2026 and close at 11:59pm BST on 14 June 2026.
4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Follow @yesyesmerino on Instagram or yes merino on Facebook;
• Like the official giveaway post dated 22 May 2026; and
• Tag at least one friend in the comments on the giveaway post.

Each tagged comment counts as one entry. Entrants must comply with all entry requirements for their entry to be valid.

5. Prize
   One winner will receive:
• One adult item from the Father’s Day Collection on www.yes-merino.com (up to the value of £60); 
• One baby or child item from the same Father’s Day Collection (up to the value of £33); and
• Free gift wrap (value of £2).

The winner may choose from available stock at the time of selection. Sizes and styles are subject to availability.

6. Prize Conditions
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• If the selected size is unsuitable, exchanges for an alternative size may be offered subject to stock availability. Postage will not be included.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute products of similar value if necessary.
7. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random on 15 June 2026.

The winner will be contacted via Instagram or Facebook direct message using the account used to enter.

The winner must respond by 10:00am BST on 17 June 2026. If no response is received by this time, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and select a new winner.

Any redraw winner must respond within 24 hours of notification. If no response is received within that timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right not to award the prize.

8. Delivery
   The Promoter will arrange postage of the prize within the United Kingdom with the intention that it arrives by Saturday 20 June 2026 in time for Father’s Day. However, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for courier or postal delays.
9. General
• Incomplete, invalid, or late entries will not be accepted.
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the giveaway where necessary.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• The winner may be announced on the Promoter’s social media channels.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
10. Data Protection
    Personal information supplied during this promotion will only be used for administering the giveaway and arranging prize delivery.
