Royal Mail Express Delivery (1-2 Business Days) to Mainland UK 

Please add gift wrap to your order and leave any details in the notes. We might try and contact you to clarify gift wrap and if we don't manage it, we may have to just include gift wrap and ribbon in your order for you to complete your own wrapping. We will do our best!

We can't guarantee that your order will make it in time for Christmas but we will certainly try!

UK Delivery 

If you order before 5pm, standard delivery in the UK typically takes 3 to 5 working days. Rural areas may experience slightly longer transit times. During busy periods like Christmas or in severe weather conditions, delivery times may be longer. 

Delivery rates are stated at checkout but usually range between £4.99 - £6.99 in the UK and up to £23.99 for international. If you spend over £45 your delivery will be free in the UK. 

We reserve the right to change delivery conditions and costs at any time.

International Delivery

Customs, Tax and other charges may apply for delivery outside of the UK. It is the responsibility of the customer to understand and pay these charges in full in order to receive their delivery from yes merino.

We suggest you keep the overall cost of your purchase low to stay below many countries customs and tax threshold and contact us directly to discuss your options to make a large order.
