Shipping & Delivery

Express: If you order before Midday, express delivery in the U.K. typically takes 1 to 2 working days. Rural areas may experience slightly longer transit times. During busy periods or in severe weather conditions, delivery times may be longer. 

Delivery rates are stated at checkout but usually range between £2.49 - £6.99. If you spend over £45 your delivery will be free in the U.K. (unless we have a promotion on!) We reserve the right to change delivery conditions and costs at any time. 

International Delivery (including Ireland and wider Europe)

For international delivery of an order, outside the United Kingdom, we suggest you keep the overall cost of your purchase under the delivery countries customs and tax threshold and contact us directly to discuss larger orders.

Customs, Tax and other charges may apply for delivery outside of the U.K. These should be applied automatically at checkout and usually range from around 20-35% of the order value to cover customs and tax to the country of delivery. If they are not paid with purchase, it is still the responsibility of the customer to understand and pay these charges in full in order to receive their delivery from yes merino. 

International delivery costs from £23.99 depending on the total weight of the order. We use tracked delivery and share the reference number for you to be able to follow the order.

International delivery usually takes between 5 and 8 working days but can take longer in busy periods such as Chinese New Year, Christmas etc. 

International shipping availability and cost can be prohibitive, therefore, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any international order within 10 days of the order being placed.
